Commercial use

If you're looking for your own Commercial Licence, joining the relevant tier on either the Tribe or Patreon will earn you such a Licence so long as your subscription remains active.

As for the Ts&Cs:

Tribers/Patrons with a Commercial Licence are granted the right to sell 3D prints of my miniatures. In addition, links to their web store and/or contact details will be added to the Turner Miniatures Site/Catalogue, and I will refer anyone looking for physical prints to that resource.

Products should be attributed; that means that both the product name and description should attribute them to Turner Miniatures. E.g. "British SYW Infantry (Turner Miniatures)." I would appreciate it if the description should include a hyperlink to the website. Additionally, © Henry Turner 2025 should appear at the bottom of the product description.

You only have permission to sell resin or FDM 3D prints of my work, I reserve all rights for other uses of the designs such as creating molds, metal miniatures or artworks.

While you are free to use my Blender files to create customised products, these must still be attributed and branded. I reserve the right to request the withdrawal of a product that I deem to cross the boundaries of common taste and decency.

Mixing my assets with other creators' is prohibited.

All licences are granted under English Law. I reserve the right to withdraw licences without notice.
